So incase you are confused as I was, they sell ARU 4 not the ARU 2, as shown in the pictures. So they are a more yellow HUE than a silver and gold head, they do come as fry as well so you can sex them pretty easy if you know the species well. They did come fast and all healthy as well, great packaging, I have never had a complaint and honestly I don't mind fry as they last with me longer, I did lose one or two fish along the way as you will most likely when dealing with Fry and your not set for this. But to be expected, but great price and can't beat the customer service for real I am a returning customer due to the customer service. Hope this helps somebody

I ordered 12 neon tetras in the fall when temperatures between Glass Grown and Virginia were mild. All 12 arrived alive, active, and healthy. They quickly acclimated—coloring up in just a couple of hours and coming out of hiding and eating normally in just over 24 hours. I love how they were packed — bags of 3 made it easy to count and assess everyone during acclimation. There was also a heat pack in there, which likely helped keep everyone comfy on the way. Thank you! They are a beautiful addition to my 29 gallon!

My 6 Norman's Lampeye Killifish all arrived healthy and extremely well packaged. You can tell this company really cares about its animals and customers. I received these fish a couple weeks ago and they are all thriving. Their eyes really are like little lamps!

This order was my first experience with Glass Grown. I was nervous about ordering the 12 pack Chili Rasboras but I shouldn't have been. I had ordered some Chilis from a different business a few weeks prior and it seemed that the fish they shipped were way too young to ship. Plus there was no air in the bag they came in. I think air in the bag is important to provide the fish with oxygen and prevent the bag from collapsing. They ended up dying one by one. My order from Glass Grown was the complete opposite experience. Their Chilis are a bit more expensive but they are well worth the price. Packaged 3 to a bag (with air!) these fish were healthy and active. I like that Glass Grown quarantines and treats its fish and ship them with purigen and in medicated water. The Chili's started eating soon after I added them to the tank and are surprisingly bold for such a small fish. They are currently my favorite fish and I have many different types along with multiple tanks. They are very hard to count though...at most I have counted 10 so I may have lost 2 in the couple weeks I have had them but the ones I have seen are doing amazingly. No regrets. Glass Grown is my new go to! In fact I just received a second order today of Pencil fish and Pygmy Corydoras. Again all arrived perfectly. I probably will be ordering some more Chilis soon. They are super red and lovely!

I threw a piece in 3 of my tanks last week and one sank while the other two are still floating. Not sure what that's about, but the shrimps/snails have checked them out and I have high hopes they'll help maintain better shells on my ramshorns. They were nice solid pieces and I plan to order more if I see a difference after a few months :)

I like using these to anchor my anubias nana petites. My shrimp aren't as interested as I had hoped, but I think my ramshorn snails have been maintaining the biofilm/algae on them so that works out fine. I do think they aid in keeping steady perameters as well :)

I was hesitant to order live shrimp from a few states away but I was pleasantly surprised that most survived the transit! I had a few DOA in my 10 pack and they were quick to respond and give a refund accordingly. There were both males and females (some with eggs!) and they were larger than expected (one alongside my pygmy corys for scale). Coloring brightened up once they acclimated to my tank (10g planted) and they are active and healthy. Thanks GG!
