Refund policy

Due to the nature of our products, actually returning them is unfeasible.

We do have a 100% Live Arrival Guarantee, which means your live plants, fish and invertebrates will arrive to you alive or we will refund their cost. 

We cannot be responsible for your fish after they are in your care.

To be eligible for a dead-on-arrival (DOA) refund, your plant/animal must be in the unopened plastic packaging it was received in. You must email us:

  • 3 photos of the deceased/ damaged live items in their packaging.
  • Include one photo with the legible shipping label.
  • Photos must be received within two hours of the time-stamped arrival time provided by the USPS.


To start a refund, you can contact us at Help@glassgrown.com.  If conditions for a refund are met, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too. Items sent back to us without first requesting a refund will not be accepted.

Shipping fees are non- refundable.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

 

Wrong address or Postal Returns

Please double check your address, and be sure it is correct. We are only responsible for items sent to the address provided to us, and cannot be held responsible for orders sent to an inaccurate address. We will not be able to refund or reship them.
