The White Fin Pink Jewel Tetra (Hyphessobrycon ornatus) is a transparent to pinkish colored fish with a stylish white fin tip on its dorsal fin. The iris of the eye is bright red in the upper half.
As a playful schooling fish, it thrives in the company of fellow tetras. A shoal of 8-10 is perfect. In an aquarium, these fun-loving fish can socialize with other tetras, catfish, or other chill small to medium fish. Make sure to provide a well-planted aquarium with ample swimming room for a happy school of tetras!
This White Fin Pink Jewel Tetra is quite the omnivore! Feed them with top-notch flake food or small granulated options designed for omnivorous fish, along with a tasty selection of live food.
