Utricularia Graminifolia is a little bit of an advanced plant. It does better in established aquariums, so be advised if you are just starting out!
The perfect plant for a Wabi-Kusa setup, UG creates a lush, dense carpet under the right circumstances. Simply separate this tissue culture into many tiny clumps, and plant one inch apart into your substrate. Your plant should send out runners in the next few weeks, filling your carpet in.
Higher light and Co2 will help!
Be sure to remove the plant from its gel before planting. Simply loosen it with your fingers and wash away under running water. Plant gently as usual.
Growing requirements:
- 65-80 Degrees Fahrenheit
- Ph 6-7.5
- Medium to High light intensity.
- Medium- Fast growth
- 1"- 2.5" tall
- Co2 recommended for best growth.
