Kept very easily with other fish and shrimp, but do not keep with a Nerite or Mystery snail.
Curiously, Assassins are not Hermaphroditic, such as most other aquarium snails. They'll need both a Male and Female to reproduce, and do not lay eggs prolifically when they do. For better chances at breeding, grab at least six to maximize your chances of having both sexes.
These guys have undemanding water needs, but would prefer a planted, community tank within normal parameters. They do like a bit of cuttlebone here and there to keep their shells hard and clear, and will grow to about 1". Grab some of that here: Cuttlebone by Weight.
